This policy describes cookies and similar technologies used by NovaClips. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What we use today

Session cookies are strictly necessary for authentication. They are HTTP-only and, in production, sent only over secure connections.
Fonts and third-party scripts
We load web fonts through Next.js font optimization. Font files are bundled with the site and served from our domain; we do not load Google Fonts or other font CDNs at runtime. We do not embed third-party widgets (chat, analytics, captcha, or social embeds) on the marketing site or in the signed-in app today.
What we do not use today
NovaClips does not currently set advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Product analytics code exists but is not connected to an external analytics provider.
Cookie consent banner
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies and functional local storage (such as the optional novaclips.auth.email remember-email key on login), we do not show a cookie consent banner for U.S. visitors at this time. If we add non-essential tracking or expand marketing to the EU/UK, we will reassess consent requirements for convenience storage and analytics before those tools load, and update this policy first.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Clearing session cookies will sign you out. Clearing localStorage removes any remembered login email.
